Booking Shows

How do I book a show?

Use our Book a Show form to submit a booking inquiry. Include your preferred dates and any venue preferences. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure venue availability and allow time for promotion. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice bookings.

Can I choose my venue?

Yes! When submitting a booking inquiry, you can indicate venue preferences. We'll work with you to find the best fit for your style and audience size.

What if my show needs to be rescheduled or cancelled?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll work with you and the venue to find an alternative date. Cancellation policies vary by venue.

Performance Details

What equipment do I need to bring?

Bands typically provide their own instruments and equipment. Most venues have a house PA system, but requirements vary. We'll provide complete technical details when your show is confirmed.

Is there a sound check?

Yes, sound check times are coordinated with the venue. Typically, you'll have 30-60 minutes before doors open. Exact timing will be confirmed closer to your show date.

How long should my set be?

Typical set lengths are 45-90 minutes, depending on the venue and event type. Multi-band shows usually feature shorter sets. We'll discuss set length when booking.

Can I sell merchandise?

Absolutely! Most venues provide space for merchandise tables. This is a great way to connect with fans and promote your band.

Promotion & Marketing

How will my show be promoted?

Your show will be listed on our events calendar and promoted through our social media channels. We encourage bands to also promote through their own networks for maximum reach.

Can I provide promotional materials?

Yes! We welcome high-quality photos, posters, and other promotional materials. These help us create better event listings and social media posts.

Once you have access, you can log in to update your profile, photos, links, and upcoming shows. Contact us if you need assistance.
